I used to spend a lot more of my time going to conferences. It is part of how I stay in the know on some of the latest trends and technologies. Lately, not so much. But a couple weeks ago, I went back to my first in-person conference in almost three years and it...
The Nickname Merge Field Hack
On the additional info tab of the contact record in Keap, there is a native field for Nickname. If you know someone's nickname, then it probably makes sense to call them that.(That screenshot is from the Max Classic version of Keap, but Pro and Max also have a...
Streamlined Follow-Up for Multiple Event Options
Had a great question come up recently inside the Monkeypod Community - Jason shared a scenario and asked how he could streamline it: He wanted to let prospects register for one of his four events, and then design automated event reminders to follow up with them. ...
Restore Version and Revert Changes
The other day I was working on a project with a long-time Keap user - someone who I consider to be an expert campaign builder. And we had a conversation that went something like this: Him: I can't find the emails we're after.Me: Oh, right - the campaign has been...

How to Set Up Task Reminders
As you probably know, Keap is an automation powerhouse - but not everything can (or should) be automated. Tasks are a useful feature for the times you need to do something manually. And Tasks do have a native notification at the time they're created. And that's great -...
Every time I’ve read your blog or log into the private Facebook user group I learn something new from the Monkeypod gang. And the courses that I’ve purchased and gone through have been invaluable to my business. Thanks!
Greg is my Infusionsoft saviour. His passion and in-depth knowledge of the CRM, together with an incredible sense of humour, makes him the perfect person to calm you down when you are struggling with your CRM. I could not thank him enough for all the times when he saved me and showed me the little tricks that he has mastered over the years with Infusionsoft. If you work with Infusionsoft, Greg is the person to speak to.
When I joined Infusionsoft in 2012, Greg was the trainer assigned to me. He was absolutely the best! Recently, when I couldn’t figure something out, I wrote to Greg for help and, after answering my question, he suggested I join his membership program. I did, and it was a great decision. I learned more in the first three days then I had in the past few years.
My goal was to upgrade how I’m using Infusionsoft, and with the help of Greg and his team, it’s already happening. I’m hooked and appreciate all the help I’ve gotten already.
Great, to-the-point Starter Kit course with some helpful "ninja tricks" sprinkled in.
I'm really happy I bought the course to quickly get comfortable with navigating and beginning to use [Keap].
I feel that I saved myself a lot of time and headache by not spinning my wheels on my own.
Thanks for the high-quality (and entertaining) instruction, Greg!
